Incredible cooking skills! I can barely make rice in a completely automatic rice cooker, and you are just throwing everything in a big pot and each component in the dish comes out perfect!!
Ahh man TAKU, that recipe was ABSOLUTELY GENIUS LEVEL. A MASTER CHEF IN HIS ELEMENT. I do watch other YT fishing channels, and from what I've seen for daytime lobster snorkeling sessions they use tickle sticks to come at the lobsters from slightly beside and behind them, instead of running deeper under the rocks they come out towards you, but you still have to be fast to grab them. Hopefully that little trick will come in handy for you in the future. 🍺🍺😁😁

Taku should come to Melbourne and catch a 4 Kilogram Southern rock lobster! I made lobster stock just after Christmas for a Lobster laksa... Local lobsters from near Melbourne where I live (Australia)

You should watch your friend Hiro’s episode where he tour the Southern California uni operation. Perhaps network with the owner down there. And start a northern CA operation with his help and guidance. (Partnership?) Then you can find a good use for the northern variety of uni. And help control their infestation and aid the population of seaweed and Albalone up north. Win-win.
