Rising crime in California fuels progressive DA recall movement

  • Fed-up communities dealing with violent crime across the state are pointing the finger at progressive district attorneys. There's been a movement across California to try to unseat reform-minded district attorneys for their so-called soft-on-crime approach.

Did the bankers go without punishment under the first "black" president's turn at the helm of state? Why not ensure those who need help receive the help they need and then expect this punishment? The concept of "punishment" has more to do with a child-parent relationship to me. To me, it sounds adolescent. Are we serious? Can we "punish" our way out of injustice by design for profits. I've been punished all of my life. Nothing has changed.

Is she a mother or a professional? I am trying to understand what people think one person can do about something, such as poverty, that is systemic. Our system is designed to reward those already rewarded. It tends to punish those with the least about to defend them in the money-making system of courts of law. Do you know if this is not clear to anyone? It is better to help those when they are young and need help the most. How much money is spent here compared to the other side of the equation?

I have lived in Berkeley and Oakland for over 30 years. I am black and have been involved in politics every day and second of my life. The reason is that black people cannot afford lawyers. Unlike other groups, therefore, black people make easy targets.
The most significant level of the symbolic black face of crime is a result of the denial of black people the necessary resources to afford a decent living and the attorneys required to achieve their objectives, to have a better life. Black people are under attack, as they've always been. The crime we speak of is the result of the crime of neglect.
Oakland has been the way it is (including white-collar crime) because the black condition has not improved, and some are subjected to the necessary spillover from black oppression and hyper-exploitation. In fact, I will pen Ms. Price another letter about how the DA's office let me down methodically, thus ruining my life over thirty years before it began.
Cries of crime being out of control (crime is never in "control") concerning Ms. Price because she cares, unlike Kamala Harris. Ms. Price's face makes for a good picture of a scapegoat. There is no surprise here. If there is any confusion, I said I support Ms. Pamela Price,💯 Down with the MOB created by money (as freedom of speech).

I came to the USA from the UK when i was a child, in the uk 15 years is the sentence usually given for murder. There are 1/4 of the murders in england+wales than in California despite similar populations. The tough sentencing is just bankrupting the country and the crime continues. I notice as I have autism and i am 33 and the life expectancy for autistics is 36-> that almost everyone who was in my special ed classes in school ended up either homeless, dead of od/meth induced asthma attack, shot, in prison for life for murder and one of the most successful dudes became a expert car thief and coke dealer and has a house now->he showed me his trunk once it was full of car steering wheels and columns with the keys in the ignition of various models of cars. But had these people lived in a more civilized country they would have been given welfare checks for the learning disability and behavioral issues (Pathological Demand Avoidance is the real main problem with autism) and they wouldn't have turned to crime, murder and toxic drugs. All the special ed teachers cared about was us passing the high school exit exam... not interview skills, communication skills, dealing with how everyone in the normie world hates retarded unbalanced people and will always be rude af and most importantly coordination because its impossible to maintain a manual labor job if ur autistic and naturally uncoordinated.

And that was this: it doesn't matter if you're right or wrong, if you have no way to afford a lawyer, no matter how much you protest your innocence, you can be given life in prison without parole. Ours is only a democracy in words. We live in a class-based society based upon colonization, which created the concept of race for this purpose of dominance. Why is it that forever since I can recall, there has been this manufactured war against crime, for example, and against poverty, which never ends? People in California don't even realize who is responsible for the increase in crime.

What's the relationship between anti-black racism, poverty, and crime? Marijuana is allowed to be sold by people who make lots of money, and it's legal now. Why? Who controls law enforcement in general? Can the DA tell the police how to police? Who doses? Law enforcement is a powerful, organized agency. Why are people stopped from driving like they have lost their minds? What's behind it?

After school programs is a futile attempt of "dissipating" blaq violence which is inherent......and not curable in any way. Whether teenagers, adults, or "children", all these blaq children are always violent. The only solution is for Latinos, Whites and Asians to remove themselves from blaqs, let the blaqs govern themselves. Period.

The County Clerk has ensured the failure of the recalls. The second one was legit and successful, but he threw out just enough signatures for it to fail. There is widespread political corruption in elections in California.

OMG she said the solution to crime is having strong after school programs for youth... Not being hard on crime. It's that simple Cali the founder of BLM LA has spoken. The safest city in the country 2022 is Irvine CA according to FBI data... The Irvine mayor contributes this to the Irvine Police Department so apparently someone did not read the news. Could it be a combination of upbringing and enforcing crime.

Now that this has happened, they just have to be successful in getting these individuals fired from their job, inept, can not perform the duties of the job, they have to be ousted! They absolutely should be forced to resign their position, as a violation/abuse/misuse of world power. Unacceptable, they’ve been permitted to get away with all they have for as long as they have, without being removed/replaced, not surprising, in specific states, 😏
