Yeah, she’s the direct cause for that incident and she will blame herself forever but the wife was cheating, anyone on Reddit would’ve told her to tell the husband, and she didn’t know he’d kill her. There’s no way any reasonable person would think that would’ve been the results.
Agreed. If she had made a post stating she knew a neighbour was cheating, what should she do, the majority would tell her to inform the betrayed spouse because "wouldn't you want to know if it were happening to you?"
In life the only thing we are responsible for are our own actions. Which would mean she is not responsible for the other party's actions.. If I walked up to someone and said something to them and let's say they get angry and hit me. Am I responsible for them hitting me? No. I am responsible for my words. Nina was a tramp. George was messing with a woman he knew lived with King. They were all trash. Some of which should have been discernible in advance to Charlotte, humans aren't that hard to suss out, and who didn't owe King a damned thing anyway and certainly did not owe him her then unconfirmed suspicions, and she should have at least considered the possibility that telling him would result in violence.
