Disagree, the key to change is the strategy and to figure out if the coach is qualified to execute the playing style (as part of the strategy).
@@voight-kampff3611 I'm referring to the current crop of players. We need to rid ourselves of the rot. I trust Wilcox & Ashworth to do a good work in recruitment & exits. They also have leeway to influence the style of play that way the manager doesn't get away with huffing & puffing
If we get no euro football, Thats financially bad news towards buying new players, I dont trust utd to win any game the way were playing.
Well, if we are going to replace EtH with Tuchel, we need to figure out exactly how he wants to set up his teams and what type of players he wants before we start spending.
I am not a fan of Tuchel, he has been at Dortmund, PSG, Chelsea and Bayern, the only noteworthy achievement attributed to him is the UCL with Chelsea. Other than that, he hasn't really elevated any team beyond the status quo, despite having the perfect structure and support in order for his teams to flourish. So what will he achieve in a team as broken as we are?
At the moment, EtH has turned me off a bit, especially with his approach to playing certain players above winning matches. Nevertheless, I think if he didn't have such a disjointed squad of players, he could do well but that may only happen somewhere else, if he continues to pick players that will ultimately get him fired.
Olise? Why not Neto, or Nico Williams of Bilbao.

Of course Ratcliffe can take dividends from Ineos but he can't just inject it into United. He must use the existing money generated by the club owned by the Glazer's. The debts must be serviced and in fact increased for any potential new stadium. You can waffle about any player you like however they will always join a stable CL club over United. All the metrics pointing towards at least another 10 years in the mud.
The, "you must play this way against Sheff Utd" was clearly bullsh*t Alice and has been discredited by many since that quote came out

tuchel is a a manager not a coach look at what happened to him at chelsea and bayern
Tuchel is a coach. At Chelsea they wanted him to manage as well. Tuchel just wants to be on the field. The man has a right perception of the job. EtH was successful at Ajax in the position of coach. Overmars and Sar were managing the joint.

ETH has only one style of play and that's pressing, but it doesn't work, that's why we need a new manager that's a proper tactician that has multiple styles of play.

Two years later and man United are still trying to sell players nobody will touch.
While casemeiro was good last year I knew that signing was going to hurt man United, dropping 65 million on a 32 year old is unrecoverable and he is at best worth 20 million now with clear regression and 34 next season, that's a 40 million write off against PSR. We need to make sure that our owners ensure the Saudi clubs don't offer a bail out for Casemeiro for way over value or the FA must step in for manipulation of book value.
Young domestic talents, that's the problem. They are expensive as hell, and not that good too. Scout Europe and south America. This english players are not even good technically for possession-based football.
Either way there is a homegrown quota all PL clubs have to comply with. I agree have to incorporate signings from abroad but there still has to be a domestic component as well.
The problem is eth won't adapt style to the premier League and thinks the premier should adapt to his. Stubborn to the point of idiocy.
No disrespect and you can make content on whatever you want , its your channel. But you do not need to once or twice a week keep going back and covering the same information we've known about for weeks if not months.
