I saw a lot of comments about the asking price in the chat below. 479k doesn't seem to bad for a 46' cat, if it is well sorted and the survey comes back really good. I would rather have an older cat that has been vetted for blue water, as opposed to a newer cat that I don't really trust yet. Unfortunately, the video doesn't go into it's history or state of the sails, rigging, etc... much, but it might be worth looking into.
"This catamaran presents a compelling option for buyers. Initially, I was concerned about the price, but its aesthetics and features, such as the Victron system, are quite persuasive. To assess the value accurately, it would be helpful to know the age of the standing rigging, engine, and generator hours, as well as details on any age-related refits. Additionally, providing photos of the engines or in Wiley speak "mechanical spaces" would offer valuable insights into the vessel's condition. Overall, it seems like a promising choice for the right buyer maybe with a bit of negotiation!"
@@rlpatton1970 If I were trying to buy that specific boat, I'd offer them what I'd be willing to pay. It probably wouldn't be accepted because it's quite a bit less than what they're asking. It'd have my attention in the low to mid 300s.
It’s an ex-charter as well. Price seems ambitious for its age.

STSB used to have an interesting YT channel for chartering a few years ago, but, kind of in the party on vibe.

Holy smokes! Overpriced for a 2011!!
agreed. nice boat, but half milly for a 14 year old Leopard? They still have the pandemic pricing.
