If this is Russia or China and they have surpassed our technology by many decades with advanced new propulsion mechanisms despite our spending trillions and trillions of dollars on our military, so much that the Pentagon doesn't even know where TRILLIONS of dollars went, then it's over. The US Government is fundamentally unconcerned with existential questions unless a direct threat exist, and the only reason he pushes a threat narrative at all is to get the Government on board. The reason he wont spill any beans is because he doesn't want to miss out on the new information that will be uncovered over the next few years. No point in burning that bridge so early.

One of the things he mentioned briefly right near the end, about the phenomenon having been tracked underwater by one of the US's "capabilities", was something that interested me because I've not heard that mentioned elsewhere previously. Sure, I've heard lots of times that they've been tracked in the air with radar and I've heard that they've been sighted entering and leaving the oceans, but I've never heard it said that they'd been tracked underwater or that their physical underwater performance was extraordinary. Presumably the "capability" mentioned here refers to the hydrophone arrays on the sea bed which are usually used to track submarines.

The only reason they fed us this information is because the US was in great turmoil at the time and the ones protecting your state were in serious fear of utter turmoil, chaos and collapse of everyday government control. So they had to come with a quick distraction to keep people calm. The news did not really work immediately though. Trust in government is so low that nobody actually cared for the news when it just broke. It was only whem they got rid of Trump (hush hush) when peace and civility regained that they could continue the distraction campagne. Your deep state security personnel and government is scared shitless of total collapse and civil disobedience and they will go to great extent to prevent it from happening. He really opened up some new ideas here: new awareness/ability to see like the telescope analogy, time travel, another intelligence that has been on earth (or in earth), outer space. I've been following this subject for years with a completely open and objective mind because the potential implications are so immensely profound. I think it's pretty obvious from what he is saying and other reliable sources of data that it's likely these objects are not man made and when we finally do have the answers it will be because of Luis and other brave people, such as Commander David Fravor, who have come forward and given their personal accounts regarding this fascinating and challenging subject. I agree for the most part. But if Luis knows a whole lot more/has much better data, which he's said repeatedly, I don't like or agree with his logic on violating that contract he talked about. Here's the thing, his argument about trust is in principle morally sound and would be admirable in the majorityof cases, but this isn't one of those majority cases. We're potentially talking about the greatest discovery not just in human history, but for all of our future history yet to come. Leaking something more definitive--which, as a reminder, he's been privy to per his own admission in multiple interviews--would seem to me to be an *obligation* to the world.

I actually witnessed a extremely large saucer (estimate 500ft diameter) coming out of a dark cloud at sunset. The bottom was dished in a way that the shadows looked like the Batman logo. It was silent, very fast and absent any kind of illumination.

Like everyone else, I find Luis Elizando impressive in his clear-eyed approach to this subject. Thanks to him and other colleagues or associates of him for their persistence on the subject. On the subject of explaining how the UAPs are observed to move, I'd like to offer an explanation that makes sense. And that is that they are using a system that creates a vacuum on the outer surface of the vehicle, in the direction that they want to travel, by breaking down the air. This then results in a powerful atmospheric pressure providing as much thrust as they need. This variability of direction is also explained by this method, As all that is needed is to push a lever or control in whatever direction and create an atmospheric vacuum or semi-vacuum and atmospheric pressure that provides any impetus they require. There are two other factors involved in observations that corroborate this system. One is that there is no propulsion noise generated. The other is that creating the vacuum is done by perhaps using cathode rays, projecting out from the vehicle. This could cause the air to be colored. Which is something that is regularly observed. The other observations of entering water as easily as air puzzles me though. Also of course. they would need to have developed the ability to not be affected by g-forces in such movements as right-angle turns. That is another question.

The US Government is fundamentally unconcerned with existential questions unless a direct threat exist, and the only reason he pushes a threat narrative at all is to get the Government on board.

One of the things he mentioned briefly right near the end, about the phenomenon having been tracked underwater by one of the US's "capabilities", was something that interested me because I've not heard that mentioned elsewhere previously. Sure, I've heard lots of times that they've been tracked in the air with radar and I've heard that they've been sighted entering and leaving the oceans, but I've never heard it said that they'd been tracked underwater or that their physical underwater performance was extraordinary. Presumably the "capability" mentioned here refers to the hydrophone arrays on the sea bed which are usually used to track submarines.

The only reason they fed us this information is because the US was in great turmoil at the time and the ones protecting your state were in serious fear of utter turmoil, chaos and collapse of everyday government control. So they had to come with a quick distraction to keep people calm. The news did not really work immediately though. Trust in government is so low that nobody actually cared for the news when it just broke. It was only whem they got rid of Trump (hush hush) when peace and civility regained that they could continue the distraction campagne. Your deep state security personnel and government is scared shitless of total collapse and civil disobedience and they will go to great extent to prevent it from happening. Here's the thing, his argument about trust is in principle morally sound and would be admirable in the majorityof cases, but this isn't one of those majority cases. We're potentially talking about the greatest discovery not just in human history, but for all of our future history yet to come. Leaking something more definitive--which, as a reminder, he's been privy to per his own admission in multiple interviews--would seem to me to be an *obligation* to the world.

On the subject of explaining how the UAPs are observed to move, I'd like to offer an explanation that makes sense. And that is that they are using a system that creates a vacuum on the outer surface of the vehicle, in the direction that they want to travel, by breaking down the air. This then results in a powerful atmospheric pressure providing as much thrust as they need. This variability of direction is also explained by this method, As all that is needed is to push a lever or control in whatever direction and create an atmospheric vacuum or semi-vacuum and atmospheric pressure that provides any impetus they require. There are two other factors involved in observations that corroborate this system. One is that there is no propulsion noise generated. The other is that creating the vacuum is done by perhaps using cathode rays, projecting out from the vehicle. This could cause the air to be colored. Which is something that is regularly observed. The other observations of entering water as easily as air puzzles me though. Also of course. they would need to have developed the ability to not be affected by g-forces in such movements as right-angle turns. That is another question.

But do you think it's possible that other type of waves exist that humankind have not discovered as of yet? I read about the electromagnetic type of wavers and the particle type of waves. Could there be other type of waves that would allow us to communicate from greater distances? And if so in what type of environment would such type of "waves" come to exist? Also could a different type of electromagnetic environment with a different type of gravity to create waves that are foreign to humankind or would that not matter? And if the waves look completely different from ours what are the communication possibilities they would create compared to the ones we have here on earth or even in our galaxy? Would that change how we look at physics? Would the rules of physics by different in such an environment? Could you explain that to me in a basic way?

The same behaviours have been observed in UFOs over the past 80 years. No way did we have this technology in the 1930s. It's not US, Soviet/Russian or Chinese.
