I see what Dislyte is going, they gave us Rerun of Lian and most everybody r6 her, and Wu You Even r0 counters Lians.
Now, we have rerun of Hilda and pretty everyone gonna r6, but Sakura r0 can counter those Hildas....

You can chill with r0 chuyao and skip lian. Lian without r6 is very hard to work with.
R6 sakura if there is no limit to the stacking, will be the most bullshit esper ever. If she can stack forever, get her the highest resonance you can.

Yup. But she does need to move to apply her heals to Ikki. Same problem with Lian without her r6, she needs to move before she can protect ikki. R6 lian covers that flaw by getting her buff at the start of combat

Damage reduction cant be greater than 50% unfortunately.
No, DMG mitigation/reduction caps out at max 50%. Otherwise you could just run Asenath + Valeria and get 100% DMG reduction.

Multiplicative? (Sally + Everett = 50%)
Or additive? (Sally + Everett = 55%)
Also does it cap at 50%, because I only have hearsay to go off of
Sally + Everett 45% and it does cap at 50%
