There are love fados but fado is NOT all about love. Fado is about life so it can be politically outspoken, philosophically profound, ironic and even sarcastic; it can be (believe it or not) happy, malincholic... and ... oh yeah, romantic.

Как?!!! Я не понимаю как это музыка звучит как русская музыка... Португальский язык - совсем другой язык чувак. I've studied Spanish and Russian extensively and I can say it sounds closer to Spanish. Though the pronunciation is quite different. Polish sounds much closer to Russian to me, though impossible to read to be honest.

Eu admito que não levo os brasileiros a sério pois o ensino deles é uma piada e eles tendem a achar-se melhor somente pela qualidade. Muitas vezes os portugueses do Brasil criticam Portugal e ainda assim vêm viver para Porrugal como se nada fosse e a tratar os locais como cães.

I agree, Portuguese sounds very similar to a Slavic language in many ways. It’s crazy how different it is from Brazilian Portuguese.
