Thanks for video TKR real painful tiring journey time to heal being patient vigilant with exercising, elevating icing seems way to go. We have to keep reminding each other that after awhile doing the right things instructed to do will pay off. Don't give up plod on. I have only been 6 days home after L/TKR very pleased alround sleep awful 🙏 gets better sooner thsn later. Lucky to have 4 great kuds who care keep eye on me but I like being left to my own devices looking after myself have gorgeous fur baby Nellie ❤ not lonely ever. Preparation before op vital so can concentrate on self with exercises etc after & healing. Good luck to you on your recovety journey & good advice given.

Sorry to hear that your progress is limited. I had TKR almost 3 years ago, it was a total success. I was playing pickle ball (low level) in 3 weeks. My surgeon developed a process of accessing the knee from the side. Now this April I will have the left knee replaced. I expect the same great result. This knee has a range of motion that is very limited. I can walk but with a stiff leg.

Hey boss...the 19th will be my one month. Can only do stairs one at a time. Physical therapy helps a lot, and got to 94 degrees on flex. I also have been sleeping erratically. I joke that it's the knee that needs to get up at 3 AM, I grab a coffee, and sit in the Lazy boy and watch the early news. Good luck, and don't push it too hard.

Hello how are you doing? I Iive in Holly Pond but I been staying in Cullman at my parents house to recover, I'm 3 weeks PO now,I was able to move my leg on its own after 2 weeks, and now it's not again😞 I think maybe it's because I been doing quad muscle presses, and it made it sore,I haven't got to outpatient PT yet because the roads are iced and there is nobody there,I been feeling trapped only time I went out was to my 2 week follow-up with my surgeon,I got off the tramadol and now I'm taking Tylenol 8 hour.Hopfully we will get through this together,I love your videos,it helps my moral, and gives me hope.God bless you 🙏

I found your channel looking for people that have had knee replacement surgery because on April 22 2024 I am scheduled to have Bilateral knee replacement surgery. I wanted to get your opinion and maybe some views from your subscribers as well. Thanks for sharing 🤗

I pray it all goes well with you. Having both knees done at one time would be rough to start with, but much better in the end.

That sore area is the inside incision and is the last to heal. It is so that they can flip your knee cap up and out of the way.
