@@yatiandfamily what your type Delonghi? if you have a different one, you should replace the steam wand with the rancilio silva type. Because i have delonghi ec230.bk easy to get micro foam.
I’m using the same machine, but always can’t make the latte art as the milk will just faint with the coffee. Could u give me some suggestions on how to make latte art with this machine?
first you have to choose the right fresh milk, then the very important thing is the steming of the milk, the texture of steamed milk is silky in shape, first learn how to steam milk properly, then to make art it takes practice and if the foaming of steamed milk is right it will be easier to form latte art. for how to steam milk you can see in my other videos.

Hi, could you pls help me. I have the same machine. But my espresso has little to no crema. I used delonghi espresso grounds and arabica beans alike. They have both bean grinder into "4". Yet still no crema. The other thing was my milk. Its either too think, too many macrofoam. I have tried several tips from other videos and none works. I used full cream milk, low fat and oatmilk. But i still can't get it. I am farely new to starbucks as a barista and i manage to make some latter art from there. I know it might be stupid to compare a 30k machine to a $200 machine, but i don't know what i am doing wrong. I even tried the listen for the paper tearing sound but it only create macro foam. I am not sure if i used the wrong technique, portafilter, milk jug or the machine itself. Can you give me a advice how to make a decent shot and a latte art for this machine. I don't have enough materials to work with. All i see in youtube are other machines that are way better and as cheap a this. Please help me. I feel like i wasted money.....i just want to be able to better at making latte art with this machine. I wasted like 10 ltrs of milk already. Well technically i drank them. Hope you could help.
What coffee grinder do you use? Is it Delonghi KG79 or similar? If so, it must be calibrated, because to make espresso the fineness of the coffee must be appropriate. maybe a little advice from me, to produce a good espresso, from my experience you have to pay attention to the brewing ratio, if you use 18 grams of coffee beans, brew time in 30 seconds and 30 grams of espresso output (30s: 30Gr). So if the brewing time is too fast then, make sure the powder is still too coarse. Of course, to produce espresso you have to use fresh coffee.
ruclips.net/video/LinDLtwSJJ0/видео.htmlsi=drrqaxy0x8_xz4Mz , you can view this video from brew time. for 30gr output espresso for 30s time brew. and you need scale for that.
Hi thanks for the advice. I actually uses our stores grinder at starbucks with the permission of my SL of course. I am not sure how fresh my beans are but they are store bought from local coffee bean seller, delonghi and starbucks. I'll try the brewing method and ratio you talked about. Might need a better scale as i only have a big kitchen scale that wont fit in the bottom of my machine. I will try and get back to you once i get a result. Thanks alot
How are you able to froth the milk for 1 minute long? When I did it, the milk starts to boil, gurgles and it will start to spill
I was about get this machine thanks showing that it froths alright. I’ve had a Delonghi before. Hard to achieve the microfoam
Ok, good luck brother..

Hi, I have bought the same machine and I wanted to know why my coffee doesn’t have crema? I used Starbucks espresso coffee bean. Please advise 😢
You have to calibrate your coffee grinder, according to its level of performance. Coffee brewing time for 30 grams of coffee is 25-30 seconds
Do you have any tips to froth the milk? Is it only insert 1/3 of the steamer into the milk? The milk that I frothed always too thin 😅
Pay attention to the video when steaming milk, focus on the sound of the milk when steaming@@shutingkooi1841
Thank you so much!
Sorry, another question. May I know how many gram of coffee powder you put in the portafilter? The original portafilter can only fit max 15g. 😢

second. To make milk froth, my advice is to use fresh milk with pasteurization method, and you can follow the steps to make milk froth in general.
