When it rains, your internet can go out because rain droplets in the air can absorb radio waves, which weakens the signal strength of your wireless internet connection, leading to slower speeds or complete disconnection; additionally, rain can physically damage cables or cause moisture to seep into connections, further disrupting the signal. . Its common problem in telecom. Private telecom it's visible less because of regular maintenance

Mahesh BSNL is providing good speed in good coverage areas. I am using with out any hassles. But definitely during travel BSNL network show problem and unstablity

It has happened because of frequency swaping in nearby coverage areas short band and longer areas length bands used. Large bands are stable and longer and short band fast but short lived. BSNL 4g implementation yet not stable so you may faced internet issues during rain and distance coverage.
