When you have a negative thought about yourself just think, negative thought. It's just a negative thought. It isn't truth or real or even how you actually feel about yourself. It's just a negative thought. Labeling takes its power away while making you more self aware so you catch more and more of them. Eventually, with this practice, you take away so much of their power that they fall away and you almost never have them anymore.
I know lots of us are wondering when you're going to update the intro filming to include Mara, and now baby Neymar. Branson and Mara have been married over 2 years now. All the kids have matured so much and don't look that little anymore.
Actually, I don't see being mean that way. The only time I am being assertive is not because I am mean to myself it is because they deserve it for overstepping the boundaries. And at the same time need to be put in their own place. I actually choose to be kind to myself and be kind to others because negativity is a waste of energy and unhealthy.
