You have the stat requirements for it so you should definitely get haki v3 in second sea. It’ll increase your health and damage by a TONE! And you should also get conquerors haki from the boss at arena because once you get that then you can unlock kings haki later down the road.
you should get conqurer's haki from "The Boss" NPC at Arena altough its not good its needed for full body and king's haki wich buff's your damage even more
Go to multiverse sea and get yourself sukuna fighting style because your global damage gets buffed 1.7x with the king of curse move. You should also go get ichigos blade which boost your global dmg with it's y move.The most important thing you should get is armament haki v3

You can use your tokens in ice Island and it's really useful you can get so much things and try to get better buffs most of them or all from multiverse sea
The raid suit is a support style Ik what your talking about since it’s happend to me but if you find the right fruit you still have that fruit equipped

I havent played AOPG for 8 months and quit but when i saw the first Aopg vid ya did i got motivated and got zangetsu sword which gives 1.7× damage (+70% more damage) and it helped me alot and now gonna grind gems to get Gojo or Dual Yoru (i can also give sing fruit which has the best AOE in the game and a good amout of damage)

I quit a few months ago. Because they released an update where they nerfed all damage hard and it sucked. I don’t know if they fixed it or not. If they did I might get back into playing but I’m kind of behind.

Fun fact there is a way to get get 30k gems per 10min hint:sea 1 raid Marine it doesn't like being close to others raid: just spam it also give you all drop in game included mihack essence all fruit even the new one all fighting style scroll it gives prison releam just doing give remember it give everything in the game hurry up before patch I am so going to regret this

Go into your Settings and click auto quest You only have to click once to get the quest not multiple times
