Like when was the last time I genuinely felt super well rested? It’s been over a year at least at this point 🤣 I’m not even sure how to catch up on it, if I sleep too much I get tired too. How do I find the perfect balance? Sleep is such a silly thing, I know they recommend 8h but that just doesn’t seem like enough. 🥴
