- Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes are getting honest about their TV exits. In a new episode of their podcast "Amy and T.J.," the former co-anchors open up about feeling like their careers were "taken from them" following the fallout from their relationship. "I don't feel the pressure from the public to stay with you,. I know that I know you well enough, and I've spent enough time with you, and I knew how I felt. And love sometimes is a choice when it's hard. It's not just a feeling. Lust is a feeling but love is a choice, I believe, and I have chosen to love you. So, I don't feel pressure from the public to be with you. I would be devastated just personally because I want to be with you and I chose you," Amy shared. "But I feel the pressure of our careers that I believe were unfairly taken from us. I really wanna be able to do what I love and I wanna be able to do it with you. So that's more the pressure I feel."

"Unfairly taken from us" It's called accountability. You made your decisions and now you have to live with them. And if it's 100% true love then live with it. But soon enough you'll know if it was real or not.

He is lying about his divorce. His wife and daughter were blindsided . He was dallying with Robach well before any divorce filing. They both need to move on about publicly obsessing over their choice to engage in an adulterous affair. They are victims of their own choices.
They need to take responsibility; if they believe their careers are messed up, they are the ones who did it. I have no idea why they think being in divorce proceedings means they were out of their respective marriages. They should have finalized their divorces and afterward be with one another romantically. Because of what they do professionally, they should have handled their relationship with diligence and professionalism. I personally don't care what they do. Still, I am amazed at how some high-profile, legally married people who date outside of their marriages think they can show up any way they feel and expect others to accept their behavior.

Exactly! Plus, TJ was clearly NOT in divorce proceedings until the entire thing blew open and his WIFE filed for divorce after being blindsided. They are both cheaters AND liars.😮

Are they trying to convince fir us to feel sorry for them. They have themselves only to blame. I do not think anyone is sorry for them... Why, because they knew that could lose their jobs especially the kind of jobs they had. They should have asked to stop working together. Also, they should have come clean with their other spouses who were in the dark while they were prancing around. We all have take responsibility for our actions.

Unfairly taken? Had they gone about their “relationship” the right way, then they’d still be on air. They should have gone to their executive team well in advance and did some damage control before they could be seen in public in a compromised way. Plenty of stars get together with their on screen peers and the public never knows. A year or two later they are seen in public or announce they’re together. It’s called discretion. How was the tabloids or the public for that matter to know that they had filed for divorces? No one would’ve cared had they simply went about it in a way that no one except who should have known knew what was happening. It wasn’t the public’s business but it was the network and the show’s business as they have a reputation to uphold and infidelity is never a good look.

You lost your career because you mishandled a love affair, that was inappropriate. You put your love life before your career! Now, realize if he cheated on his wife, he'll cheat on you. Plus you're older than him, another disadvantage. Don't delude yourself to think you've got a great guy, or a great relationship - He looks like a big FLIRT!
