    Advocacy for independence and separatism will be doomed to failure. Contrary to invasion, liberation of Tibet is the common opinion of the Chinese majority. Accept Tibet as an inseparable part of China and negotiate a framework to enable Tibetans and Chinese to live in harmony. Otherwise Dalai Lama has no chance of returning, not even a memorial site for his ashes in Tibet in hundreds of years to come after his demise. An old Chinese saying " 死无葬身之地 “ 。 Time is not at Dalai Lama's side.

    • @ashokpatil4022

      TK LIM Dalai Llama's approach is correct. More autonomy within China. His non-violent approach. One day when whole world supports Tibetan cause, their wishes may be fulfilled.
      In the past Gandhi led India and got freedom from British. Ms aung suu Kyi freed Burma from military rule and brought democracy. Racism came to an end through peaceful struggle by Africans. Non-aligned movement helped in ending cold war. There are many examples.
      Muslim world should learn from DalaiLama.

      We are not seeking independence but autonomy to practice our religion and culture and to give basic human rights to Tibetan in Tibet that Chinese government is not accepting

    • @tklim66
      @tklim66 Год назад

      @@tenzindasal7939 When China advocated semi-autonomous rule for Tibet and Xinjiang, the two regions in time were hampered by vast regions of land and communication problems. Tibetans are expected to conform and comply with Chinese rules universally applicable to all religions in China. China's definition of human rights is not tantamount to racial persecution or cultural eradication of Tibetans. Neither China can accept the definition of human rights of the West. If you have foreign powers i.e. India and the USA accusing China of human rights abuses (largely unfounded) it does complicate the situation. My advice to all Tibetans accept China's rule over Tibet and live in harmony with all races. In another few decades, Tibet will be transformed into a modern and prosperous region. Tibetans will be overwhelmed by Hans in numbers. Do not trust the West can genuinely help Tibetans instead you are no more than a pawn to the West. China stands resolutely firm in destroying any plot harboured by the USA over Tibet.

    It seems like he likes the rock. But the every activities of him are to be suspected very political . Based on his history of FBI beneficiary and the unwillingness of giving up slavery system created by the Tibetan tradition itself . We can not blame the Chinese government based on reality and fact that had happened in Tibet decades ago .

      It's no fake story that the Communist Army killed millions of innocent Tibetans and destroyed many monasteries. This is not unique to Tibetans, the Chinese communist party will supress any opposing voice.

    • @29evolution
      @29evolution 8 лет назад +1

      Looks like Chinese government has done a good job by eradicating slavery in Tibet. Go China , go China ...since they have done a great job, I guess it's time for Chinese government to leave Tibet now. Oh shit....did I say something stupid. My mistake, Chinese government please don't leave Tibet, we Tibetans are stupid people we will end up with the slavery system in Tibet.
      Dear Chinese government please continue with your humanitarian work in Tibet.

    • @29evolution
      @29evolution 8 лет назад +3

      Dalai Lama being a15 or 16 year old kid and understanding the concept of slavery system and using the system to benefit himself and unwilling to give up slavery system....I'm impressed by his intelligence at such a young age. However, he made a big mistake by abolishing death penalty in Tibet, first independent country to do that.
      What a stupid thing to do. Thank god for the Chinese government that mistake has been corrected, now we have the highest no. of death penalty in the world. By the help of Chinese government Tibetans are minority in Tibet ....good that way we will have less stupid Tibetan people and more smart & caring chinese people in Tibet.
      I just hope that the whole world comes under Chinese government that way people of world will know how lucky we Tibetans have been. Imagine all the people "One world one government and one language". (with a tear drops in my eyes)

  • @tklim66

    He has only 2 million Tibetans to support his independence. Against 1.4 billion Chinese, obviously he has no chance, not in a billion years.

    • @Skabadumba
      @Skabadumba 8 лет назад +2

      he has way more than 2 million Tibetans supporting him, since every relatively smart person with common sense knows that Tibet should be free. Besides, it wasn't the Chinese who invaded Tibet, it was the chinese government and military. Don't talk about it like every single chinese alive is gladly occupying Tibet. Even more importantly, it isn't a war, so numbers don't matter.

    • @tklim66
      @tklim66 8 лет назад

      Against all odds, militarily, economically, Tibet has been exterminated. Which nation on Earth today supports Tibet's independence ? None. If you don't learn to live in co-existence with Chinese, you only have yourself to blame.

    • @Skabadumba
      @Skabadumba 8 лет назад +2

      The chinese are to blame too, since, you know, they invaded Tibet.

    • @tklim66
      @tklim66 8 лет назад

      K Wangdu: China does not subscribe to your type of freedom of speech and censorship. If you believe Tibet is not part of China and do not share the value of living in co-existence, you and your descendants will have a miserable life for thousand of years to come. Tibetans are no more than a pawn of western powers. Unfortunately not a single of these supporters dare to support Tibet's independence. China treasures freedom of speech and censorship within its own laws, safeguard the interest of minority races however imperfect the system might be. If China is growing increasingly uneasy with your advocacy for independence, I am afraid it will restore to the deployment of its military might to crush you.Millions of Chinese would migrate to Tibet to outnumber Tibetans. Think before you choose your destiny for Tibet. One costly mistake can be too many. China is willing to pay whatever price to safeguard its lands including Tibet. I love Tibetans and do not want them to suffer and living with illusive dreams.

    • @tklim66
      @tklim66 8 лет назад +2

      Mr K Wangdu: You can live in any so-called "free country". But in China If you try to segregate Tibetans from Chinese, we will bury your so-called faith and spirit. Very soon Dalai Lama 14 will come to his demise and his ashes will have no place in Tibet in hundreds of years to come. The history of mankind is always a history of war and the fittest survives. We won't stop Tibetans from practicing their faith and culture within China's laws. If you choose confrontation, we consider it is an act of self-inflicting wound. China stands resolute to crush anyone who infringes its territory. Think for the future of all Tibetans and negotiate with China to accommodate your wishes. If you rely on western powers to pressure China, I am afraid Tibetans will have a sad ending. In years to come, Tibetans will be marginalized socially, economically and politically. Tibetans are peace loving people and must be given the same right as any Chinese. If you compelled to have your own way, we will have our own.
