This epic quest is the worst of the worst. I also spent 200 ccf but after finding out about the total cost to build sentry I won't even continue the epic quest. I can finally go for magneto, black widow, hulk and ghost rider for that much ccf.
I don't understand why they couldn't treat him like the other EQ characters optional T3 except when they messed up with forced Starlord T3. Optional T3 if you want after you finish the EQ. When Reed and Deadpool I recall got their T3 added at the same time their EQs was added which is reasonable.

So only option left is to use it as gbi + 200 proc obelisk. That's how I use it. So use it on your character who are good with damage proc.
