Hi. I got a Seiko Wave Clock and tried this. After pressing reset, it just went to 12 o'clock then stopped and did not adjust to the correct time. Could this mean that the clock is broken? Thanks

Please make sure that the clock is placed next to a window or somewhere there is a range. Leave it for a minimum 5-10 minutes please.

When the reset is pressed, the clock stops at 1 hour, not 12 hours. After manual adjustment, the radio signal is delayed by an hour. How can it be improved?

I think your clock needs calibration.

Try and do the initial setup by window side .
Reset the clock . Wait for 5-10 min. Hope this helps .
