If you're comparing defense, then you should definitely move the Greeks above the English for that. Egyptians should also be at the bottom of D Tier, they're the worst in the game. Gaining villages, towns and cities is actually pretty good, so I'd actually move the Mongolians up for that.
English are the best defensive civ cause you get effectively pikeman defense for archer cost. Pikeman are better but it doesn’t really change any break points. You will still need more than legions/horseman to beat the English, so they are similar in defensive power anyway. You will need powerful mid game units to take down the English, and by then the English will have pikemen so who cares. This guys list is cooked tho I agree, he has no clue where to rank anything.

Americans are s-tier. Nobody comes close to how powerful they are.

Aztecs are S+ tier, They start out with the ability to heal every turn... No matter what victory you aim for, you can always defend yourself.
That’s incorrect it’s not every turn it’s after every battle, which makes it so much stronger, but only if they win
