Must admit, think I prefer the styling of the 7s over the 8s. It’s funny Agg mentioned about a tractor needing to be driven by anyone on the farm, I struggle jumping in and out of our tractors and loader… there all completely different ways to drive them 🤣🤦♂️
Please get the vario and for us none farming folk it would be good to have someone from Massey go through the differences of each transmission they offer, pros and cons and how it stacks up to the competition.
I presumed Agco were making all the models cabs like the 8s with the gap in between the bonnet and the cab? This one is deffinatley louder compared to the 8s unless the mic was different? This does look nice though.
That’s a good evaluation of a tractor I would add that having the hitch controls together behind the seat allows you to operate the hitch with one hand I never felt the need to get both hands down there.Using the tractor in auto mode cannot be good for the transmission if you allow it to make range changes I do use auto but restrict in to within a range for example I use 3a to 3d loading bales at the lowest rev setting with it returning to 3a when I dip the clutch at the trailer or picking up a wrapped bale. Using the clutch to brake function is probably harder on the brakes as you approach a junction because you have lost engine braking for the last few metres
I like a clean cut review and I think they need to simplify more in tractors a lot of the gadgets are thought up by someone looking at a computer in a office that have never drove a tractor and never likely too .so good review boys
Good little review there matt , companys lay out all the good things but a review by a farm always picks up the good n bad points. Very interesting to see the vario and what you make of it. Keep it coming mate
Enjoy reviews👍I did question why MF didn’t put new 8S cab on rest of MF range but I like features of LED, electric spools n seat. I was surprised with you guys liking metal canister instead of plastic this problem I see on MF Ideal combine where I seen demo with broken plastic at field days, not good look but cost having to replace especially if I am looking long term value. Q. Maybe follow up vid of all MF tractors explaining the changes, likes n not likes, if you go back n buy classic MF?
Although a Massey man at heart, the Dyna6 with its range change is very outdated. The NH Dynamic Command is in a different league with seamless changes. A vario is great as you rarely even touch the brake but its better suited to field work than road work. Vario on a round baler is immense as it does away with all the clutching and braking.
I think the Massey cabs are so shite. The small back window with pillars and loads of framework right in your line of sight, curved glass in the side with more big cab posts. They need to move away from the design. Outdated to say the least
Good to see the rapor you have with farmer excellent reve of the tractor mat
Thank you 👍

Very good tractor thanks for showing it to us
All tractors should have indicators in the same place and totally agree about the seat , but the Dyna 6 is outdated ,

Il definitely try and see if they will let us try the vairo version later in the year! 👍

Brilliant review, thanks Matt
Matt you should get a variable they are amazing and there’s less to do when driving you just sit there and enjoy the ride
Il definitely try and get one to try out for ya! 👍
Another great video Matt good 👍 little review by the farmer👍👍👍👍
Enjoyed yours and the Farmers review Matt.👍
Cheers Keith! 👍
Good video Matt - nearly converted me from blue to red!😂😂
Ha ha nice one Dave it was a lovely machine! 👍
I’d also wait until the 4 post cab before upgrading to the 7S. Would a 5S be too small for the farm? Be cool to see you review one of those.
I'm hoping to get a 5S and a 6S to try during the summer, will just see how it plays out! 👍
Hi Matt I really like the 6 post cab I like to get the side Windows open for fresh rather than the Aircon great video as usual 👍.
Thanks Francis the Farmer also likes the current cab! 👍
Like the look of the 7 and 6s Good video 👍
Cheers Phil looking forward to your next video! 👍
brilliant video Matt like the tractor goes well nice to see what it is like later when it has about 600 hrs
Cheers Philip 👍

I wouldn't worry about the power,we always found it takes 700hrs on a new tractor to loosen off
Cheers Bob! 👍
