That came out amazing. When I make mine, I do peel the potatoes. I add about a 1/2 cup of sour cream into the pot. It gives the soup a slight tang. I also add a dollop on top to garnish my bowl. I do cook about 2lbs of bacon, 1 pound that goes into the soup, 1 pound for garnish.
@@Ghost-dz4fl its a cover that goes over food to prevent splatters. It has magnets on the top to stick to the top of the microwave when I’m not using it.

I didn't have potatoes so I subbed cauliflower. subbed turkey bacon for pork. added instant potatoes to thicken and give more flavor. YUM!!
