Thank u for posting this vid. Just did my d.s. axle and used a 24" crow bar and it worked perfect. Popped out on the second thrust. Amazing. I had got a slide hammer and axle popper... that method was garbage by comparison.. u need too much space to do it like that. With the bar i only disconnected ball joint from ctrl arm and tie rod end. Also it was my first time doing an axle shaft. Couldnt have went smoother. Thx again
Great video, i was stuck for a day trying to pop out my cv axle, your video showed me a trick with a crow bar that i was able to pull out with a snap. Thanks a bunch
IMPT NOTE HE DIDN'T MENTION: the ring that is indented to keep it from rotating that you encounter early on IS a BITCH to get off, especially if its made out of a soft alloy(like mine was) and you will mutilate the screw trying to "pop it out." He makes it sound like it won't be an issue but it could be a BIG stumbling block .

Any tips on how to get it out without killing it? I'm having the same issue with my car 🥲
