The little electronic beeps and boops sound like water bubbling around a person after they've jumped in. Also, there's a kind of stillness that's felt with how the intrumental isn't too complicated, like how there's stillness in deep waters. Also, the atmosphere the song creates is a bit suffocating (to me) with a tinge of quiet panic, as if you're slowly sinking below the surface.
