@@shakinggaming4936 you have certainly made the case for his passive T7 being pretty good, I'm curious to see where you rank it on your next T7 abilities ranking video. It's possible with good enough runes (especially now that gold and 5 dot runes are available) to get duo enough potency for the raid without a potency artifact, potentially allowing you to leave an accuracy artifact on him all the time. Did you use an accuracy northeast rune? With all the TM he gains from abilities, he might be able to get away with not having a speed primary for the extra damage.
@@TheSirNobody nah didn't have any. So I just used speed one. His upgrades will be ranked high as upgrades - because they improve so much. But they will still not hit my top 10 list of those that are worth most. Also because you more or less need all 3 for him to shine
Its funny how Pandas have become useful now. But I still can't get myself to upgrade Shao Lin yet. :-)
