Tempest Rising Demo Tempest Dynasty Campaign Chapter 1 Gameplay

Currently only Demo Available on Steam, hope can play the full version ASAP. So far not many troops/units to play with, but so far the infantry can counter tank nicely instead of pure tank rush.

I know a lot of time and effort was put into making Tempest Rising, but this just looks and feels like a derivative attempt at Starcraft 2 with heavy overtones of the Tiberium franchise. If this is supposed to be the spiritual successor to C&C, then I don't see it as a success, but as an insult with a price tag.
There's a fine line between being inspired by something and just making a schlock rehash of something older. Hell, even the damned unit designs remind me uncomfortably of the stuff we saw in Tiberium Twilight or garbage you would see in the horrible mobile games.
Sorry, but no. Give me the old Red Alert, Generals and Tiberium games with their magnificent mods over this ugly and unoriginal thing.

I mostly wont buy it, except if it is super cheap.
Somehow RA3 free MOD is way more better...

If there was big community later on, with lots of MOD and tons of player make custom map, might consider buy it if the price is average. If expensive, then mostly wont...

@@NoobGamingOdyssey I was thinking the same thing. If it's on sale at a huge discount, then I'll maybe have a look. And it's sad that that RA3 Corona mod and others seem leagues better than Tempest Rising.

@@NoobGamingOdyssey If modders can work their magic, then sure, I'll give it a look-see, but until then, I'll just wait and see how it pans out.
