I believe the restaurant wants to make sure others from the diaspora and the community know they are welcome to enjoy the food as well. But it is owned by Trinidadians and focuses on Trini food.

It's pretty close to Little Guyana. Plus pretty much the same cuisine based off Bihari and UP cuisine.
