wtf is it with scavs this wipe and just sprinting at you from across the map, you can be somewhere having killed pmcs or scavs then 5 min later new scavs appear but they are full sprinting straight to you trough all doors and up all stairs
same thing happening to me on Customs.. i was having to rat to get out with a quest item for extortionist and i get bum rushed by 4 scavs while there is 2 teams fighting not far away
i been watching Tarkhov content for years.. i finally got my first gaming PC couple weeks ago & started playing tarkhov. let's just say tarkhov has lived up to its name 😂 holyyy. coming into tarkhov in 2025 is wild & learning keyboard & mouse
The constant scavs is like pve tbh makes me wonder why even bother with pve. Lemme just try and loot my boss kills after I kill 197 scavs in between each slot being discovered
Had a brand new VAL and mutant jam in back to back raids. Less than 2 full mags through each, not mag dumps either. If anything the gun jamming is worse imo.
I will say with the weapon jamming I think it’s good because if they did away with it durability wouldn’t be a thing. It’s just another way to help a continuous cycle of in game currency getting thrown away. Not to say that weapon jamming in a fight and than dieing isn’t a double kick in the nuts lol.
The whole dynamic of scavs is that they're coded poorly. Because of how bad this game's code is, they are catering to people who don't have good computers by not allowing scavs to be complex. They navigate obstacles, push the PMC under certain conditions, and shoot. They don't have any personality at all
Hell no I want weapon jamming this game isn’t PvP only rng is part of the game and should be. But I do agree accuracy and other stats should change based on durability
So it turns out all i needed to do to get scavs to come to me is start surgery animation and they'll SPRINT ACROSS THE MAP TO ME

Biggest QoL if killcam isn't tenable would be a post-round player route tracking map. That's been possible since 2012 in arma 2 battle royale.

Dude that’s how I learned back in 2017. Super fun and worth but play like aimlabs or some of another fps to feel more confident on the mouse

The lower your guns dura the less accurate it is
i hate kaban, if u kill a scav there, you are tagged and cursed. always. +60 scav kills, everytime.
