The 990 is heavier and feels it. Very capable off road but the Scrambler is nimble and handles very nicely for a relatively big bike. But the 2 main reasons for the switch are the easier maintenance and the looks.
You can do it yourself if you get the Bluetooth OBD2 LX module and an android tablet and tune ecu - probably $220ish AUD total cost for it all. I did a tuning video that goes into more detail

what oil and filter to you prefer? Ready to do my second oil change using Castrol Power1 and a K&N filter.
I use MOTUL 10w40 which is my standard mechanics oil, I can’t remember my filter? It’s definitely on my more detailed video
Do you reset the service light yourself? I’m told I have to get the dealer do it 😢
