MTGA friend Denver Baker joins the guys to talk E.V.’s. Specifically, service vehicles for his or the many HVAC contracting companies.
The crew talks tech, charging, current offerings from the usual suspects and so new auto makers offering rechargeable cargo vehicles.

Eric, I'm a electrician in SW MN we travel up to 100 miles from our shop every day. Plus we are allowed to bring our vehome at night. We also pull a lot of trailers ever day. Fro. 20' enclosed to our lift and skidloader trailers. We currently run a slit between pickups and vans. Our shop has talked about this same topic many times. We see issues with electric vehicles for those of us that work put of town with trailers, but would work for our service guys. The boss said he would pay for chargers at our house. A local REA tried a Ford Lighting during a blizzard, with a full battery they only made it 60 miles before their battery died. Plus they couldn't run the heat, conserving the battery. I definitely have mixed feeling as the guy on yhe road. Thanks for the Podcast.
