that is a SLICK elevator! i like how fast it's going -- obviously it's very convenient useage-wise, but it also gives it a very fun rickety feeling. that thing is _not_ OSHA approved and i love it
What a beautiful elevator build! It really gives me those old industrial vibes. I can almost hear the daunting creak of the wood as it descends down the shaft. Safety who?
If you can get past the ReplayMod port issue by not using the sleeping bag or backpack, I'd say it's worth it. If there are bigger issues then I guess it's up to you to decide how much extra effort it takes. If you have issues with the recordings themselves, I suggest always recording the full session and not using start/stop while recording. I love the elevator and all the decorating you did on the areas, it looks so much alive and real. The only thing I'm missing is the actual elevator rope... did that just not render?
Honestly, I think I am inclined to keep the replay stuff too. I’ve learned a lot on how to work around its jankiness, and I love the cinematic feel it can add. And yes, the rope doesn’t render when I’m at the bottom. I think it’s likely due to one of the performance mods, but it is there :D
Hello Fellow Humans, I watched a ton of RUclips due to being permanently disabled due to Bone Cancer. I would either watch or maybe contact someone like Mr BeardStone, Foxynotail, Dejojotheawesome and ask them what they use. They do Create Forge Minecraft and use some type of replay tool. At some point you will need to make a decision. Do you make this your career and if so do you hire an editor. If you do then you can make more videos a week. If you don't then you limit yourself but you don't pay anyone. But then again is your time valuable to you? Because you said you wasted over 50 hours so far. I hope you continue working on this Create series however I get how annoying editing is. Honestly you should do the important parts and skip the rest. So I am not sure why you're not using Create? For example that massive hole you could just build a water wheel for power. Then a rope pulley to go up and down. Do 9 drills and two 2x2 chests and then clue them together. Then hit a button or switch. It auto drills to bedrock in minutes. Haha you answered my question but I wanted to keep it. So you understand how much time you wasted haha. On the waterwheel what I find helps is do all large ones but at the end place one small guy and it will double the speed. Just one less gear ratio you have to do. Also you can place casing on the large cogs and it will not attach the next cog making for a more compact gear ratio. PS get the following Goggles Jetpack and tanks for lava and water Toolboxes Upgrades for your backpack Build a Tunnel Boring Machine don't forget to lock rotation haha everyone forgets that.
I'm sorry to hear that! And yeah, I should ask about for the recording end. I think that some of them use Fabric so they would have access to the Fabric version of Replay. As for the moment I'm just gonna keep using it when I can as I understand it's limits and quirks now lol. And yes, it's easy to forget the tools available in such a big pack sometimes, but we got there in the end XD
I see you’re beginning to elevate this world 😃 … I’ll see myself out.
HAHAHA
oh hell yeah! a lovely end to my thursday evening!

What OSHA doesn’t know won’t hurt them… the workers however… XD
