    You blow my mind away with your skills my friend! I'm shocked that you're not heat treating your knives yourself. I launched a couple of tutorial video showing how easy it is to heat treat your own knives especially the Steels that you're using! It would certainly save you a lot of time and money if you were doing it in house. If you have any questions at all please feel free to reach out to me and I'll walk through the process. I really enjoy your work keep it up man! A+

      Thanks alot Alee! I decided to give my blades on thermal factory because i dont have forge and skills for that. They are professional and make all rights. For me quality it very important! Wen i cant du something right i give to the someone professional. I try to be better every time . And can say thanks for support!

    Excellent steel, beautiful knife! Why didn't you put a pin on the tang?

    Hello Alexander, great knife. 2 Questions:
    - what kind of glue do you use?
    - Will you share the drawing of your grinding fixture with us?
    Best regards, Andreas

    Alexander, I have a question, if you’re drawing out the knife on a piece of N-18 D2 Steel why not make it a full tang knife instead of a partial tang?

      I don't like much fulltank knives , i like more hiden

    Hey man i want to start making knives as a hobby do you have any tips for me?

    • @VatevKnives
      @VatevKnives  4 года назад +1

      Yea my friend . My all videos are tips. Furst and most important is: if you can make something by yourself. Go to some one hu can . I use many friends and some factory to do something. Is not a shame

    Same comment as last time... you should fillet the transition to the tang, as sharp corners are stress raisers. Also you should never wear rings or watches around power equipment. Basic shop safety.

      There's nothing wrong with wearing a ring or a watch in a shop.
      Those who can, make things.
      Those who can't, review other people's things.

      @@MikeJones-iy3hf lol. You guys have never even been in a shop, let alone worked in one. Look up some of the knifemakers who have died from shop accidents.

      Hello Friend . These days there are much better steels produced in a certified plant. I'd rather use them than some junkyard iron.
      Not that I underestimate the covanto.
