This was an awesome debut for the Nissan Skyline as everyone was done right in my opinion from the unveiling of the car on the way to the race,the Nitro Purge, the sound and overall quality of the car in detail. YOU SEE THIS IS HOW YOU INTRODUCE A NEW CAR TO THE FRANCHISE

Im more of a Porsche type but I prefer that black Nissan 350Z and the red Saleen, eventho both of them didnt survive the story but they were powerhouses

Lot of shifting gears, clutch and gas pedal switching, and the music made it like this race

It might be minor detail, but I always loved how this movie specifically showed the effects of using Nitrous. The thud from them hitting the button, followed by the camera pushing in on the pressure gauges climbing, with a loud hissing and the street lights flashing past in a way that resembles lightning or bursts of electricity. I personally think it's cooler than the zoom into the engine that the other films did.

One of my favorite fast and furious scenes ever
Watching this scene, made me realize the guy in the RX-7 was probably the smartest on that last stretch. He was already about to lose $3500, so there was no sense in destroying his car too.

Underground recreated it because it was suppose to be a Fast and the Furious game but Universal didn’t accept the deal with EA so they just made NFS Underground

Amazing how from such well done and quite realistic car racing movies they ended up shooting down planes, submarines and jumping from one skyscraper to another and other crap... Paul Walker would turn over in his grave. The first 4 episodes are fantastic, they could have stopped with the series.

this movie is most famous of the franchising, but the most unrealistic ever, the evo sounds like a honda civic, I love it, but Tokyo drift is the more close of meets/events we have, some races, drift mountain( in japan ), parking events.
