I painfully must admit...I feel extremely stupid for not realizing my welding pliers were also made to remove the welder's tip and gas shroud. I just used a crescent wrench to take those off. My father is disappoint. 😔
I'm in the same boat. Before researching this, I had no idea people use the flat sides of this tool like a hammer. Dad would be sad. 😓 Pretty handy set of pliers though! -JD
