Rwandans have disabled pple a lot and this could be done by one of the European countries. If not France, they used immunisation systems long time in order to depopulation and they worked with the major tribe in Rwanda the Bahima the Tussi. And u can see lots of disabled people in Rwanda 🇷🇼.
