It amazed me when I first realised how much you need to take with you. Over time you have shown us the different items that are used and I find it very interesting. Love my Elite pouch. For me, the only thing I didn’t like was that the pouch is sewn to the belt. Took the belt off and had the piece covering the belt stiched to make a 2.5”-3” belt loop. Much better for me, as now I can use it on either side or shift it’s position if I have to, without messing with the belt’s positioning. Would I buy it again? In a heartbeat!! Nice review! Keep swingin’!!

I got a Relic Elite in a bundle when I bought my AT Pro about four years ago. I've used it HARD and it has yet to fail me. I just bought my fiancee one of the new pouches where you can add your own belt. In my mind, the Relic Elite is the absolute best pouch for those who love the hobby.

Awesome Pouch! The clip on My Garrett pouch broke on its second use, If I had not just won a MineLab pouch from another channel I would be ordering one up. I bought one when I saw Kerbinator using one. I love it. It’s definitely a great pouch, I like this one a lot because the pouch is reinforced at the top with the belt webbing and it holds the pouch open and the mesh does help the water run out if I’m in water recovery or if I use it on land.

Great pouch. The only thing I don't like about it is the belt is sewed right on to the pouch, it would of been better if the belt was removable with slots on the back of the pouch to use the belt of your choice. If the belt ever goes you are left with a useless pouch

Nice pouch. The one I use is a cheepie but it has a wide padded wraparound and a short wide belt that stops the binding you get from a long belt. I also prefer a solid bottom for land hunting but it looks like it would be a long lasting bag. Side note...didn't get a notice on this video.

And how do the belts attach to your bags I see you can get it with a sewed on belt or with no belt and use your own. Which do you guys have...do you like it or would you switch? @@lawnmowerman2199 mine has the mesh bottom and the belt is sewed on the bag which i like cause for me it helps keep the bah in place. I realy like the mesh bottom cause it allows the dirt to escape. Best finds bag ive ever had!

Hi wild digger going to purchase this bag. Do you have the mesh bottom and what are your thoughts would you switch to a solid bottom? Also do you have the bag with the belt sewed on it directly or do you have the bag where you use your own belt's...thanks for your help!!
@@lawnmowerman2199 I have the mesh bottom. He uses great material and Kevlar thread. I did not want the belt sewn in. I use my own. It holds up great.

Pouch looks great but a lot of us weekend warrior detectorists use our pouches to hold a lesche style sod cutter
(too lazy to put back in a sheath every time) and with a mesh bottom the sod cutter would cut through pretty quickly.
I'm a volume kind of guy instead of quality since my domain is parks and schools and I dig a lot of tiny plugs.
Mesh bottom would get a real workout.

Bit late, but regardless of the pouch you use, you can always cut the bottom out of a plastic container of some sort and place inside the pouch for additional protection...

I could use something similar when I'm in my wheelchair, to hold the things I take securely. Having a good waist strap would be safer than a usual handbag. I shall see what I can find.

Love mine. Wish it didn't have the mesh bottom though. Really leaves the debris on your leg if you're wearing shorts.

I actually bought a Relic Elite from Spectrum Bill last year. I was really disappointed when the female part of the belt clip broke after I’d used it for only a month. I love the make, the tons of pockets, the mesh bottom...I kinda want to replace the clip, but finding the right size, and clipping the stitching on the belt and then resewing it, has me a little intimidated, so I’ve made do with my old tool belt and a Minelab pouch I got at a local club hunt.

Charlie I’ve wondered too. It’s so well stitched on, it would take a lot to get the broken half off.

I am interested in getting one of these do they make different models something that does not have the belt sewn into it where I can snap it on to my own belt that way I can also move it around on the belt for placement where I want it to be where it wont get in my way while detecting?
