Sad what's happening to Wasps and their players and staff but the club was mismanaged for years. A London club moving to a 30k seater in Coventry was never going to work. Bring them home to London once they get their house in order whenever that may be. They'll be back
Will miss our Players, Club, Staff and Home Games so much🙏🏾😔. We will always be Wasps and follow our Players and Coaches😂 at their next Club. Thank you for all the priceless memories. So proud to always be 🐝🐝s💯%❤❤
@@goodtimes2hellyeah169 The majority of Wasps fans didn't want the move either. No doubt CCFC were badly treated and I have a lot of sympathy for them but Wasps, with a 150+ legacy are so much more than the last 9 years. I suggest you grow up.
Wasps have been poorly run for years. They've splashed the cash on the playing squad, and the move to Coventry was expensive and pointless. The Ricoh is way too big for nearly every professional rugby club in the country. Leicester, Saracens and maybe Northampton could operate in a stadium that size. They couldn't if they moved postcodes let alone move cities. It's a terribly sad day but its not unexpected or unpredictable. I tell you this for a fact tho, rugby is not a profitable sport.
Rugby, both League and Union, have a salary cap. I would reckon that more Rugby clubs are profitable than football clubs. England is just going through a transition at the moment, France is doing very well.
@Edit name Well profits and revenue are two different things, so while football revenue dwarfs rugby revenues, I'm under the impression that most football clubs barely break even due to high spending to maintain competitiveness. The salary caps in SuperLeague and the Premiership should control that in rugby to a certain extent. Maybe this is just weeding out the really poorly run clubs. Neither Worcester or Coventry are large markets anyway, rugby needs larger markets to come up through promotion.
This is sad if even they are one of our big rivals... Wasps come back stronger , Tigers will be waiting for you.
This is so devastating. 😭 there is nothing more the fans could do to help 😭
Moving the team was cleary the wrong thing to do as we can see today unfortunately.
I've been saying it for years, absolutely moronic idea in every way
absolutely heartbreaking 💔

premiership club? look like it's owned by a Manc 🤣
Lee Blackett is the head coach, not the owner
Looks like a bit of a sting in the tail!🙄!!
Need to change to a French system or similar.

Please do not judge a Club for bolstering it’s Squad. The Pandemic could have contributed, when fan could not attend matches. OnceAWasp#

never heard of them
I might feel some remorse if it was the London Wasps, but this is karma for the Coventry Wasps.
Dont like rugby it is boring..but sad a 55year old sports club is finished
Boring 🤣🤣🤣 its anything but. You just dont know what you are looking at.
Older than that. The club that split into Wasps and Harlequins was formed before both the RFU AND FA were founded.
*155 year
@@kendall_knows_best2872 Rugby is very boring, but it's sad that this is happening
Who? It might be a

Try and save them
