    I have one doubt from 2nd question
    Why the acidic compounds are not ionized at lower pH?
    Please explain

      Look up The Organic Chemistry Tutor on RUclips. Learn to draw Lewis structures and learn how to draw dipoles is the gist of it though.

    Hello sir please reply me for this doubt im having , how could you know pka value of particular buffer that is whats the pka of nah2po4 and what us exact pka value for na2hpo4 pls tell me sir

    Hi sir, thank you for the explanation. My doubght is,when we choose kh2po4, K2hpo4, etc

    • @pharmagrowthhub3083
      @pharmagrowthhub3083  2 года назад +1

      K2HPO4 (dibasic potassium phosphate) is used for alkaline pH and KH2PO4 (monobasic potassium phosphate) for acidic pH

    • @subhanid6656
      @subhanid6656 2 года назад +2

      What happens if I use K2HPO4 for acidic pH and vice versa ..what change can I observe.pls explain sir

    • @dils2678

      @@subhanid6656 Again we need to adjust more the pH to nearer ,
      Using common ion effect solution

    Sir, i have a doubt, Buffer PH to be adjusted is based on our compound Pka value or buffer pka value

    • @pharmagrowthhub3083
      @pharmagrowthhub3083  2 года назад +4

      First, decide the required pH based on your compound and retention requirement. Once you identify the pH requirement, the next step is how to achieve the pH. For that purpose, you need to think of suitable buffer salt with the closest pKa value
