What a beautiful family! Mom and dad can rip it up! Great vlogs, your boys will appreciate these moments as they get older and understand how lucky they have been living the DREAM!🏄♂️🙏🤙
My husband and I are so much like you guys bc of the anxiety leaving our kids- even just for an hour 😂 ugh! It’s so nice to see other couples supporting each other to get the alone time and together time. (Also just missing the kids!) ❤ love your guys videos!
Also Alana: take 1 cup distilled water and add 2 pinches of baking soda…. soak a Cotton ball in it and put on your closed eye (open eye slightly a little). Do this 7 days while drinking water w 1/2 lemon before bed. See if it helps eye.
Bravo Jack you rocked the foiling. Alana you'll be just as good with some practice. Thank you for the upload you look beautiful Alana. Always a joy to see the kids and you two love birds having fun ❤❤
I love watching you both surf absolutely amazing surfers just got back from snapper watch the surf comp so good 😊 wish you were both there I will meet you both one day 😊 to be able to surf like you both would be amazing 🤩 loving the you tube ❤ 🤙🏼
Also just a note on the veganism, it might be hard at resorts in Fiji but in main cities/town you should find something. I'd suggest Indian restaurants and ask for no ghee or they will always have dal. There is a Fijian dish called roro which is just taro leaves and coconut milk, its also naturally vegan. When I go back I usually manage :)
Have you heard of raw meal by garden of life? It’s a meal shake and it’s completely vegan. It’s very travel friendly and I’ll travel with the packets. Their greens are super good too.
I had a pinguecula starting to grow on my R eye and did not want surgery, I gave myself a year to try to make it better, I went to an ayurvedic doctor, (after talking to many alternative style doctors) and she prescribed a treatment for my eye that included thick herbal drops in my eye 3 times a day for 6 months and diet changes. It started working, I did stay away from the sun in the middle of the day and got some dorky glasses with side protection. After about a year it's almost all gone. There is hope, but its a lot of work. Worth it though. Good luck!
I had my pterygium removed. Not sure on spelling. 1000% have it removed. It’s a 15 minute surgery that will change your life. I’ll probably have to do my other eye soon and I won’t hesitate when the time comes.
Eye surgery is scary but it’s over SO fast and eyes heal very fast. Just do it! I put mine off for years because I was scared and my only regret is not doing it sooner. It’s a few days of being uncomfortable while your eye heals and then you’re good to go!! Most docs will give you medication to help with nerves during the surgery and a few pain meds for the days after. Do it!
All of the major towns have Hare Krishna restaurants, but they do use dairy. It won't be terribly hard, though, as there is a significant population of vegetarians here.
Fiji is one of those places despite being a global traveler i have no idea where it is and it feels like everything there is super inaccessible aka, EXPENSIVE AF? lol.
"Eating eggs because he's gotta eat" while you show such a beautiful lunch packed with nutrients protein carbs fat. I just don't like the misleading information. The breakfast was amazing too.
@@alanablanchardHey Alana, can you give an update on your diet? I thought that maybe you are not vegan anymore? Is that true? I myself started feeling a lot better when I reintroduced eggs and a little bit of meat. I'm curious
Pterygium can grow back, i don't know if it's worth it. Better to protect your eyes by wearing a surf hat and out of the water, the best sunglasses you can get.
Your husband may clobber us for this - but we are Blanchard’s and did a Family Search to find we descend to every King of Merovingia ⚜️👑⚜️ No wonder Jack calls you ‘Princess! It’s legit! And hello from the family branch from MacIntosh (Cameron).
Its like with no rooster hens lay eggs and they are wasted if not used so not with dairy thats just for baby cows so no want to steal from them but if hens are free range in a small population large property nice nesting house I can handle that but if your starving just dont ask where the eggs came from haha I guess
Last time you were in Indo you were eating highly processed Oreos and Pringles in the name of veganism. That was scary. Thank God Jack eats eggs, they’re the most nutrient dense form of protein, with a complete amino profile, one can eat. Unless they’re cooked in toxic vegetable or seed oils. The vegan lifestyle will keep you on a treadmill for life, and you’ll never out exercise, via your metabolic function, all the plant defense chemicals you’re accumulating on that diet. You should be looking into: phytic acid, isothiocyanates, tannins, lectins, and oxalates. That’s what you’re loading into your body in mega doses. Plus, by definition, plant fiber is indigestible. Not sure why anyone would want to eat anything that isn’t maximally absorbed. Indigestible fibers just house: bacterial overgrowth issues, and parasites. What’s worse, is all the above aforementioned plant defense chemicals are in the indigestible fiber and eating them basically forces your colon to be exposed to them. That’s why people get colon cancer. PS, the over consumption of fruit leads to pancreatic cancer. That’s exactly how Steve Jobs died. He was a fruitarian.
You are correct ,meat is the only food you can live of solely it's super food , there's test out there that they have done on Vegan people and they are definitely not as healthy as the meat eaters they lack lots of amino acids a balanced diet is best ,lots of meat eggs and fruit and little vegetables
@@lukebeerls3164 took me 40 years to figure it out. I was fooled for a long time too. We can only plant the seeds. Sadly, the human ego makes people double down on their own diseases often times.
@@natbarron you can only lead a horse to water, you can’t make it drink. But because of that and ego they have to stick to it despite it being super not healthy at all. You always see Alana busting ass doing all these crazy exercises and struggling just to maintain her metabolic health. She doesn’t realize how easy she’d be ripped and carrying zero extra weight if she stopped poisoning herself with indigestible plants and constantly exposing herself to all the plant defense chemicals. My worst nightmare - - Go all the way to a resort in Fiji, and find out the two kids who were screaming for hours on end during your flight, are the same two staying at your resort. Lovely...
Alana and Jack, you are proving your kids with such amazing experiences while they are still young! Keep up the good work.

Wow,you guys live such a great life!! Love the vlogs!! 🩷
Loved hearing how they care for the turtles 🐢❤️
Fun vlog, thanks for sharing. Hope you and your family continue to have a great time. Looking forward to seeing you master that foil board! 💙
It takes the whole tribe to raise children. Good on you guys for making time to go for surfs together. 🏄♂️ 🏄♀️

It’s the best place! Yes I noticed that! As soon as we went to the main island they had way more options
Banks seemed to have calmed down & matured so much recently. ❤
Such a special place, I hope to take my family one day. Thanks for the video.
Alana has grounded In Herself and grown in
to such a strong and lovely woman

I havent had eye surgery but I have had hip surgery and back surgery. In my opinion I would be only get the surgery if you really really need it.
What amazing food and experiences
Loved it! Now I want to go to Fiji as well
Such a fun vlog!
I'm going to fiji in October and I'm so nervous about finding vegan options to eat.
I'm super excited about all the fruit though!
All of the major towns have Hare Krishna restaurants, but they do use dairy. It won't be terribly hard, though, as there is a significant population of vegetarians here.
@Leslie MacPherson amazing! That's great to hear!
I'm excited 😊
When did you get engaged!? Congratulations ❤!!
Eye surgery is painful and stinks so much but it’s pretty quick in terms of recovery and so worth it, it’s also relatively quick as well
Curious if there are parts of the island or accommodations you’d recommend with young kids?
Fiji is one of those places despite being a global traveler i have no idea where it is and it feels like everything there is super inaccessible aka, EXPENSIVE AF? lol.
YeH right
What is a (churgiom?) u showed your upper cheek.. what is this Alana? Great video love your family and the little new boy is (super duper cute!!)
it's pterygium 🤓
There's no natural treatment for the eyes? I know in costa rica they use mariola honey
Fun surf vlog, love it :)
oats and fruit sounds like a balanced diet so basically just sugar with no protein or fat sounds good to die at 30
😂
Fiji look amazing! 😊
Looks like u got lineup to your selfs..sweet surfing frm u both.. 🇳🇿✌️
Would like to know the name of this island..resort
You're so beautiful! Don't get the surgery if you don't think it would be beneficial for you
"Eating eggs because he's gotta eat" while you show such a beautiful lunch packed with nutrients protein carbs fat. I just don't like the misleading information. The breakfast was amazing too.
Yes I agree I shouldn’t of said that. You can get everything you need from a vegan doet
@@alanablanchardHey Alana, can you give an update on your diet? I thought that maybe you are not vegan anymore? Is that true? I myself started feeling a lot better when I reintroduced eggs and a little bit of meat. I'm curious
So they didnt have any peanut butter or nuts or seeds at the place…? That sucks
Forget foiling . You surf ! How many can say that ? Don't sweat it. 🙂. Fiji was a great choice !
I figured a tropical island would have have more vegan options 🤨
Pterygium can grow back, i don't know if it's worth it. Better to protect your eyes by wearing a surf hat and out of the water, the best sunglasses you can get.
I've had mine removed 5 years ago and never returned
Love this for you 🥰

Of course they don’t know what vegan food is on the island. At 3:53 minutes in and the babies started whaling had to turn it off.
That was me with the turtle!!!!!
Do you wear your engagement ring in the water? I recently got engaged and I think I'll wear it to swim but not sure about surfing with it...
Yes I do😅
DONT WEAR YOUR JEWELLY IN THE WATER. OR THE SHOWER. DONT COOK WITH IT,
DONT WASH DISHES WITH IT. TAKE THE JEWELLRY OFF WHEN YOU DO ANY OF THAT PLEASE
If they do not bother you dont.Looks you look fine dont let that be a reason for surgery

So glad you allow Jack to eat eggs! Veganism is a slog! It’s tough to get the nutrients you need
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Work, rest and play 😊
What is true gems? Do u mean laser eye surgery?
Eggs have a huge nutrional value in a gift from the chickens if the eggs are gotten from organic free range hunanely raised homes.
Eggs are unhealthy and taking eggs from chicken will always be taking eggs from them no matter how "humane" it is labeled.
Wait.. NOT VEGAN??? JACK, DON'T SLACK, bruh! You inspire THOUSANDS and need to MAINTAIN like your WOMAN! FOR THE ANIMALS.. NOT for your EGO.
There are some very good homeopathic eyes drops out there. May help your eye feel better and look less red. Less extreme. :)
Why would you want to be vegan when you live in the ocean. Seafood has the best set of minerals great for your body
