  • This video covers Peat's Path and Jay's Way trails at Hollister Hills SVRA. Two black diamond trails that can be ridden back to back to make a loop out of them. Challenge yourself by keeping track of your time and trying to break your record. To make this video I challenged myself by trying to complete the loop while having my Skydio drone follow me using one battery. I typically try to keep my flying time to no more than 15 minutes so that I do not need to stress about landing the drone. This video was produce combining footage from 3 separate flights. One of them was done from end to end. The other 2 were to capture more specialized footage. For the best experience do not use a Bluetooth headset or speaker to watch this video, or the video and the music will be all out of sync due to the inherent latency of Bluetooth. Enjoy!

Nice riding. Great videos! I've yet to make it to Hollister but your videos helps me gauge what to expect. The hardest trail I've done locally is Snake Trail at Metcalf... definitely slow going on that.

Thanks. I think that in general if you can ride the single tracks at Metcalf you should be able to ride most of the single tracks at Hollister.

Nice video, would love to do that trail this year. Where does one stage their bike to access the trails? Thanks.

I know video doesnt give trail conditions justice, but Petes looks in good condition on this vid.

It is all relative, conditions change through out the year, as well as from year to year. This video is a year old so I would not be surprised if the trail is in worth condition now unless the staff did some maintenance on it. But as you said, it is also hard to judge the exact conditions of a trail from a GoPro or drone footage.
