MARKETING IS A BIG PART OF THIS. Don Jazzy said he spends over 100m naira to break a new artist & he may not even recoup it back but he still goes ahead and sign other artists. Basically, he can spend over 100m WITHOUT return on investment. ....The ? is can any rich people in Cameroon do same but focus on growing your industry?. Thing is its very tough unless you a politician, thief, ritualist or govt invest heavily.
