Thanks, Reza. Nice walkthrough. I'm still struggling with Copilot inaccuracy on the 'Bing' version and in Power Automate. This morning it told me I couldn't customise the approval buttons without a premium license. Makes it hard when you are meant to be the champion in your org.

This video is super helpful! I have Outlook Version 16.83.1 installed on my mac. I'm not able to access co-pilot on it. It's working on my word, powerpoint and excel. Please help me understand how I can enable it on my outlook as well. Thanks.

If u have m365 subscription, all you need is to add the copilot license to it. I showed that in video (where license can be assigned)

Copilot studio is the low code tool to extend and build copilots. M365 Copilot and Copilot Studio will go hand in hand.

is it necessary to run copilot setup wizard on M365 Tenant or just assign license is enough???
I believe that is a one time setup. After that it’s simply license assignment

I want to create a copilot that first fetches a specific client request doc, extract information from it, ask user if info is correct and create a scope of work document as per a template. This is more of an automation but could also use a chatbot to engage with the user. I know Power Automate is also part of Copilot Studio. Do you know if I can create a copilot for this specific task? In ChatGPT its fairly easy to create a custom GPT that does this, but I am not sure Copilot Studio is that straightforward to build on.
Copilot studio would be a good option. I do not have a video reference on this though.
May be check on forums in case someone has done something similar

Been evaluating with 300 users last month or two, conclusion is mostly negative and sometimes is useful but really falls down with trying to find files on OneDrive and summarising long documents. Also slides generate sometimes needs a lot of work. Excel the less said the better. MS Teams ok not too bad

Is it possible to have the integration of Copilot/ Copilot PRO in the Mac applications of M365 (i.e. Excel, PPT, etc)? or is that only possible in the Web Applications?

@@RezaDorrani it works in all applications i can confirm, but still got a lot of bugs, will not work unless you store the files in one drive before and then the results are a not reliable, excel just works on tables and cannot do anything which is not easy to make yourself faster.. Overall not worth in my opinion, very miss or bigger miss at the moment
@@svu8037 File must be stored in onedrive or SharePoint for referencing.
Excel copilot is preview and currently has limited functionality.
Wether its worth it or not is subjective. I know folks who are getting value from it and also folks are wanting more. Copilot will only improve as time progresses.
I thought microsoft had said that having a E3, E5 or Standard license would give you access to Copilot. On top of that we also need to buy Copilot for M365?
I did not hear anything around that.

Not sure about E5 developer. My guess is yes. Follow the steps shown in video and give it a try.

Power Platform Copilot is separate.
The refer file option is missing from draft with copilot box in all office 365 apps including word and ppt
i want copilot to be able to refer other files and draft me stuff based of its contents. This feature would be mighty helpful for my work, can u help me with this please. as I explored I understand that you should get a button to attach file to make copilot refer files but its now showing for me!

I believe that option is only available for certain types of office subscriptions with m365 copilot. Check documentation for details.

Copilot pro is for personal accounts.
Check with your admin which license has been assigned.

Copilot in power apps and automate comes in various places and has license needs depending upon which part of copilot is used.
Check documentation for power apps and automate copilot and licensing needs.
I only have Microsoft 365 Apps for Business and nothing happens when I update the Licences

Why is copilot not showing i nmy desktop apps, only the web version?
I have shown in video what to do. You need to update license on desktop app and restart.
Are you running the latest office build? We are missing it on our pilot desktop users too, guessing its because we are on Monthly Enterprise updates so are a build behind (2311 vs the 2312 shown in the video)

There is no Purchase services under Billing. There is only Marketplace which is it's own tab. Must be a recent change.
Still very much there. You need to be a global admin to see that.
@@RezaDorrani I am global admin and there's nothing there. I'm the only admin. Funny how you don't have Marketplace in your menu. You must be on some old grandfathered in portal. Adding services is in the Marketplace.

There are various options for standard and premium features from a licensing perspective. I would recommend checking licensing guide for power platform.

when I click on order 365 copilot,
then it says to create a new billing account,
so I fill all the details, then give pan no.,
and then confirm my phone number,
and after that it says,
"Something went wrong
Error code: Invalid Request"
I have tried atleast 4-5 times and i receive the same error again and again
I cannot assist here as this is more of a billing issue. Best to create a ticket with Microsoft.
