Great driving Andy 🤩! I think the handling issues you had could well be due to your single, one-sided, eccentric bush mod adversely affecting the swinging arm radius geometry. Before doing the wobbly bush, did you measure the wheelbase lengths accurately, front hub centre to rear hub centre, on both sides? Fingers in the wheel arch might be misleading given rear wing repairs and the tug on the body's rear cross member location points in Jersey? The 1040 sounded very strong, despite SCR being less than you wanted. Can't wait for you to finish developing the bike piston stroked engine. I think it's 95% there already, mind you. Soon be offering it to customers I hope. 👍

Back in the day a standard water pump with bigger pulley front mounted radiator and oil cooler no problem with cooling.
Hope that you can get the handling sorted. Crap tyre you fitted, or a relic of the Jersey bump? Another great video, looking forward to part 2.
On water cooling can you split it again just before the oil cooler, and block so no hot water from cooling the oil goes in the block!
