Luca, I bought a MSLM and am trying to achieve a similar tone to what you have here. Do you remember which presets you used on the PCM70 and SPX90? Also, did you run PCM70 and SPX90 in the AUX 1+2 so that they would be affected by the two SDE3000 delays?
Hi Daniel, Pitch Change C on SPX90 for sure, and Circular Dly on PCM70. If I remember correctly, in this rig we had SPX in FX1 and PCM70 in FX2 (so in parallel to each other), plus both SDE3000 in Aux1. In this way I have detune // reverb or delay mixed together into a stereo delay.

Since the PCM70(Mono input device)...is in the second mixing stage.....how do you collapse FX1/2/3(Or L 1/2/3 stereo out) stereo outs into PCM70's mono input?

You can do by sending just one side, or with a Y cable. It really up to you. It's all written in the manual btw.
