      I hope it doesn’t happen to you again, if it does I recommend going to a eye specialist because the sooner you get it checked out the better

    Hi Demi i just found your channel and wanted to say your story had me in tears. I can relate to alot of what you talk about in your videos, i myself have epilepsy an have had to deal with alot of what comes with it. Anyway i think your such an amazing an strong person. Even though you have trouble seeing like the rest of us you still manage to get up and take the world on and it really makes me feel inspired by you and motivated and makes me want to better myself as a person. If the world had more people like you it would be a much nicer place to live. Thank you for sharing your story with the world. I hope some day you can get your sight back, who knows, with the speed at which technology is going these days anything is possible and i wouldnt be suprised if something came out eventually that could do just that an if not that then something better. Just look at what Elon Musk wants to do with Neuralink. And thats just one guy. Theres many smart people out there that are working on various technologies so dont give up hope. I look forward to seeing more of your videos in the future. Keep doing you and dont ever change, your so awesome 😀
    LIKED AND SUBSCRIBED!!!
    P.s i hope this channel blows up you deserve way more subs 😎

      I’m sorry about you epilepsy that must be hard for you. Im glad my videos make you feel motivated, that’s sort of the goal haha. There is a lot of technology and probably one day they might find a cure for most eye diseases but I’m not too sure if want one anymore! Because I feel welcomed to the blind community and I like all the little things we can do that sighted people can’t do! Thank you once again, take care!

    I am just watching all of your videos I really love your videos I just want to know what happened to you lung

    • @Delagrande

      Thank you and I’d be happy to explain. When I was 14 I suddenly got really ill, really skinny, I couldn’t eat and I started collapsing. My heart rate was too slow and my blood pressure was too high. I started having these breathing attacks just by walking up the stairs and my throat would close up and it’s be like I was suffocating. After collapsing so much it done damage to my lung. I’m still really weak off it and have a tone of health issues still. I was constantly in pain for a good 2 years and I only started eating properly again this year and now I’m trying to get healthier and stronger. My lung never got better and probably never will. I still have issues with my heart rate being too low and feeling like I’ll collapse but it’s only every blue moon now where back then it was a few time daily. I hope this helps, I haven’t shared this properly on my channel yet. I also had to wear a heart monitor, there was wires everywhere, it was so hard to try get my school uniform on.

      Delagrande awww youu are so amazing love your channel
      You have been through a lot I hope me and you Could be friends or maybe we could Calab.
      I also have another question for you can you recognise peoples faces and can you look at peoples facial expressions I love your personality and you are an inspiration to me even though we are the same age.

    • @Delagrande
      @Delagrande  4 года назад +1

      I can recognise people as I still have peripheral vision but if it’s been a long time and I’ve lost more vision it’s gets harder to recognise them. I can still tell what some expressions are, but mainly by how the person talks. And thank you, so you’re 18, when’s your birthday?

    this might be a little exotic but Royal Rife was curing cases of muscular dystrophy with radiofrequency therapy back in the 1930s. (search for Rife machines - there are websites selling them)

    • @Delagrande
      @Delagrande  4 года назад +3

      Muscular dystrophy is a completely different disease all together. It’s a hereditary condition marked by progressive weakening and wasting of the muscles. Where as Macular dystrophy is a form of rare, genetic eye disorder that causes loss of vision. Macular dystrophy affects the retina in the back of a person's eye.

    if you do go blind, just remember there are many young blind people too and they can have productive lives too.........think of what you want and how you can get it..........

      Thanks, I actually want to help people accept their blindness and I’ve made plenty of new friends who are blind too

    Do not blame your ancestors on your disease. Genetic disease can be inherited, but can be a spontaneous change in your DNA during first steps of embryonic development, most likely even before, or egg or sperm got a damage in DNA in preparation to release, so, when they formed an embryo it got this mutated genetic material. Meanwhile parents by themselves are completely free of such genetic mutation. But you now is a carrier and can pass the mutation to next generations.
