Been going through a lot this week so hearing this song, which was recommended to me by @DylanAlexander6 was just what I needed to get my head back in the right space 💜 I was an addict of drugs and alcohol for many years.. I have been clean off drugs now for 9 years but alcohol always seems to make its way back into my life some how or another (I usually just Binge drink every now & Then). This past weekend was the last straw for me. It's time to take back control of my life. I don't need these substances in life. All I want is to be fit and healthy and spread positive vibes but with all that been going on around here lately it been hard to do. Plus I have always suffered from depression. I’ve been clean and sober for 32 years and I cried the first time I heard this song. Just discovered Tom from Facts video. Went through many videos of Tom’s before I saw this. God bless you and all who are still fighting. I’ll be praying for your brother because my brother is going through the same thing too❤from Texas

It's not obvious and it's not easy but hold on, it will get better, that's always the case, and above all trust yourself, you've already come so far, you can be proud of yourself and not devalue yourself when weakness catches up with you, it's human and you know you can change that Proud 💜
Thank you for this beautiful reply 😊 Just need to grow and keep pushing forward. I just get upset with myself for losing control in the first place. I like life when it's predictable, I find comfort in routine. But I like to challenge myself in other ways like learning new skills or drums or getting better at golf. Love music as well so doing these silly things sometimes just doesn't sit well with me cause it taking away from having positive memories and doing positive things with self destructive things. It just something I been fighting my whole life but I know it not the end if the world. It will get better. Thank you 😊💜
