For the top lines, Han usually gets some of the highest notes in full voice. Seungmin has done very high falsetto on the top lines as well. As for highest, I think Chan has technically sung the highest notes, but as backing vocals and harmonies. He tends to be the voice you hear the most in the backing mixes, followed by Seungmin and I.N. Han does a lot of the additional adlibs. Edit: If you listen to the counter melody and backing vocals in Maknae on Top, those are almost all Chan with some Changbin adlibs. That was just the clearest one I could think of off the top of my head.
Most of them can reach high notes in falsetto and several can belt them in their full voice but in my opinion, Han can belt them the most naturally. You mentioned Han having a rock star voice... his dad was in a rock band so I'm sure he was very influential in Han's rock star voice development 😊.
