Augusto Pedro | CICECO Young Researchers Award 2023

Augusto Pedro has been a Junior Researcher at CICECO since 2021, under the FCT/CEEC agreement. The scientist started to apply and immobilize ionic liquids toward the development of more efficient and sustainable manufacturing technologies for biopharmaceuticals. He is actively engaged in several academic duties, namely as a lecturer, thesis examiner, and tutor of the 1st year students.
