A former USIA analyst has a warrant for his arrest over the suspected murder of five police officers in Makade County, Greater Los Suenos. Gerard Scott, 55, waited out the front of East Makade Police Department with a loaded Mini-14 after setting a car alight on the street in front of the department. He then shot at officers while they attempted to extinguish the alighted vehicle. Witnesses on the street reported his vehicle as he drove away.

Also I know this is off topic, but here’s for anyone who feels they’ve lost hope and needs to hear this: whether you believe in Heaven or not, consider this, if there was a Heaven, are you sure you’d go there after death? If you’re not sure, here you go: God loves you, and he became a human as Jesus, died to take the penalty for anything wrong you’d ever do, and rose from the dead. Sin is disobedience to Jesus’ commandments for how to live, and sin separates us from him- if you want to be saved from hell and be with God forever after death, just believe in Jesus and what he did (John 3:16) and turn away from habits of sin (Luke 13:3). That’s it. Our actions are the evidence for whether our faith is real (James 2:17), but since everyone fails on a daily basis, we aren’t saved by our actions, but only by God’s mercy (Ephesians 2:8-9), so when we fail, all we need to do is confess our sins to God, and continue fighting (1 John 1:9). I strongly recommend reading the bible just on your own and letting it sink in. A lot of people will try to tell you what certain texts mean but if you read it yourself and find out about it's meaning yourself I promise it's not wasted time. The contradictions seem to never end and the system of values and morals start crumbling the moment you realise that maybe the guy who's evil just because someone who got criticism from him says so in his book... maybe he had a point all along. Maybe the guy who likes slaverly and slaughtering infants (god) is the evil one. Perhaps god is not evil, but insane. Creating worlds only to watch as the evil he brought into it destroys it. There's a lot of different interpretations of the bible but trust me, if you actually read it the ones from all these Christian churches will start making the least amount of sense
