    I’m a German 🇩🇪 and I’ve enjoyed this tournament so far. I remember during last year’s leagues cup, there were hundreds of thousands of central and South Americans talking sht about Mexican teams and saying how they’re not as good as they thought. But now that this tournament is more fair with home and away games and Mexico 🇲🇽 is dominating, all these people hide and don’t recognize who’s better. Greetings from Munich amigos!

    • @ronaldojohnny7774
      @ronaldojohnny7774 Месяц назад +1

      I think to be honest if MLS needs to win, CONCACAF needs to level the playing field by putting the schdule of mls on par or even with liga mx since they have been playing almost 2 months longer meaning that they are more sharp and fit. The only team I feel that can win or have the best chance in MLS is Columbus considering that they haven't lost at home and look like a more dangerous team than Miami, Orlando, Philly and New England combined. Columbus have the chance to make it 3-1, but some players just need to be a tad faster on the counter attack. Honestly was so shocked that Tigres did not win consdering how they still rely on Gignac as old as he is. Tigres shouldn't rely on a guy as he is almost 40 and is injury prone now. I apprecaite you wanting MLS to win. If I root for any mls team it would be my Seattle Sounders. I am not a Messi fan, but I am rooting for Messi because they have the stars and for me is like seeing FC Barcelona back at it again in 2015!

It's always the same teams winning the MX league and on top of that they haven't been successful as MLS teams sending their stars to Europe only a handful. On top of that they did lose to MLs teams really badly in leagues cup with. For example LAFC beating FC Juarez 7-0. I actually feel sad for them to be honest. Or Minnesota beating Toluca 4-0 last year. MLS beats Liga MX at leagues cup Liga MX all stars and Campeones Cup but Liga MX have CCL trophies for a decent amount of time. But yes teams like Toluca Pachuca Mazatlan Tijuana FC Juarez are very poor and not very high level teams. They need to get more European stars and develop their academies.

      Even with them getting that Weingardt from Boca Juniors who was mentored by the famous Diego Maradona and now Tata Martino and with them getting Nicolas Frieire from PUMAS UNAM a familar sight for those watching Liga MX and with Tomas Aviles who cost $8 million from Racing, the question is, what can Miami do to get better defensively? They have a salary cap like any team in MLS, meaning that if they want to get a world class defender, they need to pay him good otherwise they would refuse one way or the other. Marcos Antonio Rojo from Manchester United was supposed to come but from I heard on World Soccer Talk, he didn't want to come. What fool would not want to play with Messi, Alba, Busuqets and Suarez? They are treasures in football. Next they try to get Sergi Roberto who at 31, still in his prime and still a regular at Barcelona, Miami can't pay him enough since they don't have the money to bring him.
