Several ways. You can get RGL80 from killing Velikan in Building 21. You can earn the ability to barter for RGL80 through a passive mission. Or you can kill other players for them.
@@lt200420 killing one time velikan and u unlock the rgl barter at shop (but i can see it only at koschei secure shop). kill 9 times velikan and u unlock the skeleton key barter.

It’s very common among players in Building 21. Just be careful with players who have it

not cheating. im counting the weapons I have on my player too so 55 of the stash plus whatever i have in my hands
